Cocoa Clusters

- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted) shopping list
- 1/4 cup raw agave nectar shopping list
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- 1 cup walnuts shopping list
- 2/3 cup coconut flakes shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the coconut oil, agave, cacao and salt.When the chocolate is smooth, add the walnuts and coconut to the bowl.Mix well to coat all of the nuts and coconut.
- Use a spoon to create small clusters
- Place onto a wax paper lined baking sheet.
- Freeze 30 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened.

Who said chocolate isn't healthy? because this recipe certainly is! and it's delicious! I used raw cacao instead of cocoa. Raw cacao is more nutritious because it's not roasted like cocoa is. I used maple syrup instead of agave and probably used only...more
