How to make it

  • Heat oil in a pan, add onion, fry till golden.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, saute for a minute, add tomato.
  • Cover the pan and heat for 2 minutes.
  • Add coriander powder, garam masala, pav bhaji masala, mix well.
  • Add 2 tsp water and heat for 2 minutes.
  • Meanwhile mash the cooked potato,peas and vegetables in a separate vessel. Add this to the pan and mix well.
  • Heat it for about 2 minutes. Add the saved water till it looks like gravy.
  • Now boil for 5 minutes.Add salt to taste.
  • Turn off the stove. Add lemon juice and mix well.
  • Serve hot with butter and pav.
