Chef Alby's Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

How to make it

  • Clean and remove stems from mushrooms.
  • Arrange the mushrooms on a baking sheet
  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees (175 degrees C)
  • Prepare stuffing per package directions
  • Melt butter and garlic together in a small saucepan
  • Mix together reserved mushroom stems, prepared stuffing, cream cheese, crab meat, onion. ( I mix it in a food processor)
  • Liberally stuff the mushrooms with the mixture.
  • Drizzle melted butter and garlic on top
  • Sprinkle grated cheese on top of each mushroom
  • Bake uncovered in oven about 15 minutes or until tops begin to brown.
