- 100 gram roasted peanuts shopping list
- 50 gram roasted chasew shopping list
- 10 gram cayene peppers shopping list
- 10 gram hot red peppers shopping list
- (less peppers for milder sauce) shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic shopping list
- 15 gram palm sugar or brown sugar shopping list
- water as needed shopping list
- Sweet soy sauce as needed shopping list
- A dash of lime juice shopping list
- peanut oil (optional) shopping list
- Salad: shopping list
- firm tofu, cut into small cubes, fried shopping list
- bean sprouts shopping list
- rice noodles, boiled shopping list
- tapioca/ shrimp crackers shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Blend the peanut, chasew, peppers, garlic in the blender. Put water as needed. Another option is You could fry the (blended) peanut and chasew first in a little bit of peanut oil to get more flavour.
- 2. Add the palm sugar, soy sauce and a dash of lime juice to the peanut sauce.
- 3. Serve the noodle, tofu, bean sprouts and crackers on a plate and pour the peanut sauce on top.
