Sweet And Crunchy Coleslaw Recipe
I love this coleslaw. It tastes better when made with fresh cabbage, but out of convenience I use the pre-shredded bags and it works fine too.

Ingredients
  • 1 16 oz. package shredded cabbage or 1 head cabbage shredded
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • toasted slivered almonds

Directions
  1. Mix dressing ingredients in a small bowl or ziploc bag
  2. add to the cabbage
  3. toss until well coated
  4. add toasted almonds
  5. eat and enjoy!
