Mushroom Mornay Sauce

- Serves 4 cups
I put this recipe together to use as the sauce for a green bean casserole to take to our family Thanksgiving recipe. At the last moment I realized I didn't have the cheese I intended to use so I substituted goat cheese which really made it come out creamy.
Ingredients
- 1 family sized can of Campbells cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 4 oz soft goat cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup heavy cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all the ingredients in a medium sauce pan.
- Heat to medium stirring frequently. Turn it down if it starts to boil.
- Stir Stir Stir... There you have it :)
