How to make it

  • Put oil in fry pan, lay chicken breast, mushroom, onions, in pan.
  • Add seasonings
  • Saute for 20 min. on med/ low heat. Brown chicken breast good.
  • After chicken is brown..-set aside- stir in sour cream & vermouth to pan drippings- stir all.
  • Place chicken breasts back in pan....simmer for 15 min on low.
  • Place sauce and chicken over your choice..add salad, rolls--YUM!
  • Great for small dinner parties..always get's rave reviews!
