How to make it

  • ..pour jar of sauerkraut over roast. Add brown sugar then slices of onion on top of roast - salt and pepper on roast * Cook until finished..at 350 * about 1 /1/2 hours..
  • Flavors mingle together and yumm...nice w/ homemade apple sauce, roasted red potatoes

    I love pork and sauerkraut. I like to do this with pork chops in the crock pot.
