How to make it

  • Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together into a dough. It's easiest to just use your hands.
  • Roll the dough into 3 finger thick lenghts, almost as long as your baking plate. Put oven paper onto your baking plate and then place the lenghts on it. Flatten the lenghts some.
  • Bake in the middle of the oven for about 12 minutes at 175 degrees C.
  • Cut the lenghts into pieces while still warm. Split the cookies apart when once they have cooled down.
