Hot Chocolate Cake gift In A Mug

This is a gift in a mug cake or you can just make it
Ingredients
- In a baggie place that you mark as cake mix place: shopping list
- 6 Tbsp choc cake mix shopping list
- 2 packets hot cocoa mix shopping list
- 1 pinch salt shopping list
- In another baggy marked icing place: shopping list
- the contents of 1 cocoa mix packet shopping list
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Hot chocolate cake in a mug
- to cake add
- 1egg 3 Tbsp water
- 3 Tbsp oil
- For icing
- 1 teaspoon water (more if needed)
- Spray mug with nonstick spray for best results.
- Put dry ingredients marked cake into the mug.
- Crack the egg into the mug. Stir a bit after adding the egg so the cup doesn't overflow.
- Add water and oil. Stir until thoroughly moistened. Make sure to scrape the bottom of the mug with your spoon to avoid dry ingredients left in the bottom.
- Put the mug in the microwave on high and set the timer for 3 minutes
- As it bakes, a cylinder of cake will start to rise out of the mug. But it goes back down afterwards.
- Serve with icing.
- To make icing put contents of baggie marked icing in a small dish and mix with enough water to make it barely spreadable. It will turn to glaze on the hot cake.
