How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients:
  • For pressure cooker: time for 5 minutes one pressure achieved
  • For slow cooker, place all in cooker, cook low about 3 to 4 hours or everything is tender
  • For stove top, bring all to boil, cover and simmer till tender about 20 minutes or everything tender
  • Correct seasonings as desired
  • This soup may be served in a bowl containing some cooked white or brown rice if desired
