How to make it

  • Steam the cauliflower florets for about 20 minutes or until tender. When it is done place in cold water bath to stop it cooking and set aside.
  • Combine oil, anchovies, garlic and crushed red pepper in deep skillet.
  • Turn heat under skillet to medium low.
  • Cook, stirring occasionally, until the anchovies begin to break up and the garlic begins to color, about 5-6 minutes.
  • Add cooked cauliflower to skillet and raise the heat to medium-high.
  • Continue to cook until the cauliflower is coasted with oil and heated through, about 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

    jo_jo_ba ate it and said...
    I use a lot less oil since the fish are packed in it... if you like the nutty flavour the fish takes on I def reccommend using the anchovy oil instead too. Also the cauliflower should only be cooked at MOST 13-14 minutes... 20 turns it to bitter mush.
