Cauliflower With Garlic And Archovies

- 1 head cauliflower shopping list
- 4 Tblsps extra-virgin olive oil shopping list
- 2-10 anchovy fillets (add to taste) shopping list
- 1 Tblsp minced garlic shopping list
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper shopping list
- minced fresh parsley leave for garnish (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Steam the cauliflower florets for about 20 minutes or until tender. When it is done place in cold water bath to stop it cooking and set aside.
- Combine oil, anchovies, garlic and crushed red pepper in deep skillet.
- Turn heat under skillet to medium low.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until the anchovies begin to break up and the garlic begins to color, about 5-6 minutes.
- Add cooked cauliflower to skillet and raise the heat to medium-high.
- Continue to cook until the cauliflower is coasted with oil and heated through, about 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
