How to make it

  • Heat oil in a skillet.
  • Mix eggs, Bailey's, milk, cinnamon and sugar in a bowl.
  • Dip the Panetonne in the egg mixture and let it absorb a bit.
  • Fry in the skillet on low until cooked.
