How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 425
  • Place breadcrumbs, dill, and lemon peel in food processor and grind coarse mixture
  • Transfer crumb mixture to plate.
  • Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper and brush with melted butter.
  • Roll fish in crumb mixture, coating completely.
  • Arrange fish on baking sheet lined with parchment paper (baking dish is fine).
  • Bake fish until crumb crust in golden and fish is just opaque in center, about 15 minutes.
  • Garnish with lemon wedges.
