Deep Dish Taco Tamale

- 3 lb hamburger shopping list
- 1 pkg taco seasoning shopping list
- 1 onion shopping list
- 2 6oz cans black olives, sliced shopping list
- 1 green pepper, chopped shopping list
- 4 campari tomatos, chopped shopping list
- 2 c. whole kernel corn shopping list
- 2 c. non-fat plain yogurt shopping list
- 2 c. non-fat sour cream shopping list
- 2 c. extra-sharp cheddar, shredded shopping list
- 1 onion, pureed shopping list
- 1/2 c. sugar or splenda shopping list
- 1/2 c. butter shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. milk shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. cornmeal shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 3 tbsp, baking powder shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
How to make it
- Brown hamburger with onion. Stir in taco seasoning.
- Puree onion with sour cream and yogurt. Stir in cheese.
- Beat butter and sugar until fluffy; add egg and beat well. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Divide batter between two 9"x13" baking pans. Sprinkle meat mixture over cornbread batter and press slightly into cornbread. Top with black olives, green pepper, tomatoes, and corn. Spoon sour cream mixture over top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until bottom is lightly browned.
