How to make it

  • Brown hamburger with onion. Stir in taco seasoning.
  • Puree onion with sour cream and yogurt. Stir in cheese.
  • Beat butter and sugar until fluffy; add egg and beat well. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Divide batter between two 9"x13" baking pans. Sprinkle meat mixture over cornbread batter and press slightly into cornbread. Top with black olives, green pepper, tomatoes, and corn. Spoon sour cream mixture over top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until bottom is lightly browned.
