  • Cut Saussage Into Bite Size Pieces
  • Place in Pot and Cover with Water; boil for ~15 min
  • Drain water and hold saussage to the side

  • Cut Pepper to desired size
  • Using same pot from above saute pepper and onion ~ 10 minutes
  • Add Saussage, tomatoe and spices
  • Cover pot with lid and simmer for 15 minutes until heated through and flavors blend

  • Serve with rolls
