Saussage Pepper And Onions

- 2 - 3 Pounds sausage shopping list
- 2 green peppers shopping list
- 1 onion shopping list
- 1 28 oz Can Whole Peeled tomato shopping list
- 1 tsp. basil shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. oregano shopping list
- 2 bay leaves shopping list
- salt & Pepper (to taste - spices from the saussage will add flavor) shopping list
- rolls shopping list
How to make it
- #1
- Cut Saussage Into Bite Size Pieces
- Place in Pot and Cover with Water; boil for ~15 min
- Drain water and hold saussage to the side

- Cut Pepper to desired size
- Using same pot from above saute pepper and onion ~ 10 minutes
- Add Saussage, tomatoe and spices
- Cover pot with lid and simmer for 15 minutes until heated through and flavors blend

- Serve with rolls
