Salmon Moutard In Pressure Cooker

Made some pink salmon fillets in the electric pressure cooker with a mustard topping. Wow 5 minutes for this tasty and healthy way to eat salmon. I accompanied it with green beans and quinoa
Ingredients
- 2 large salmon fillet or 4 small salmon steaks shopping list
- Dijon mustard shopping list
- thyme shopping list
- 1 cup wine, water or fish stock shopping list
- 1 bay leaf shopping list
How to make it
- Place liquid in pot of pressure cooker pot
- Smear salmon steaks with some Dijon mustard and sprinkle with dry thyme or fresh chopped thyme
- Lay the salmon on a metal trivet and place into the pot
- Close lid and set pressure cooker time for 5 minutes
- When done turn pressure seal to exhaust
- When all the steam is released carefully lift out trivet and slide salmon onto a platter
