Lime Chicken

- 1/4 Teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- 1/4 Teaspoon red pepper Powder or Cayenne shopping list
- 1/8 Teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 1/4 Teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1/8 Teaspoon onion powder shopping list
- 1/4 Teaspoon Dried thyme shopping list
- 1/4 Teaspoon dried parsley shopping list
- 3/4 Teaspoon salt shopping list
- 6 Chicken Cutlets shopping list
- 3 Tbs butter shopping list
- 1 Tbsp olive Oil shopping list
- 1/4 Cup Freshly Squeezed lime juice shopping list
How to make it
- In small container mix together first 8 ingredients.
- Shake spice mixture liberally on both sides of chicken breast.
- Heat 1 tbsp of butter and olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
- Brown chicken cutlet.
- When chicken is cooked take them out and keep warm in a separate plate
- Add Lime Juice and the remaining 2 Tbs of butter to the pan, we want to deglaze the pan with this mixture.
- Add your warmed chicken back into the pan with all its juice.
- Coat chicken breast with lime juice to get an even glaze
- Cook 5 minutes.
