How to make it

  • blend everything finely in the blender with 1/4 cup water accept tamarind juice, salt and sugar.
  • pour the mix into a bowl, add in tamarind juice, salt and sugar.
  • stir and mix the well. taste and add in salt or sugar if its not enough.
  • now its ready to serve with the fresh sliced cucumber.
  • pretty easy ehh... :)
  • *its also nice to be deep for grilled fish,beef and chicken.
