Sambal Belacan (shrimp Paste Condiment) With Sliced Cucumber

- 1 fresh red chilly shopping list
- 10 fresh chilly paddy (small and spicy type of chillies) shopping list
- 1 inch belacan (shrimp paste) - grilled on the stove fire for 1 min. shopping list
- 2 table spoon tamarind juice or lime juice. shopping list
- 1 table spoon sugar shopping list
- 1 tea spoon salt shopping list
- *fresh sliced cucumber. shopping list
How to make it
- blend everything finely in the blender with 1/4 cup water accept tamarind juice, salt and sugar.
- pour the mix into a bowl, add in tamarind juice, salt and sugar.
- stir and mix the well. taste and add in salt or sugar if its not enough.
- now its ready to serve with the fresh sliced cucumber.
- pretty easy ehh... :)
- *its also nice to be deep for grilled fish,beef and chicken.
