How to make it

  • Carefully coat each side of the salmon well with enough mayonnaise, making sure its evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle on the seasoning of choice liberally on each side
  • In a preheated non stick skillet over medium heat lay down the fish and cook several minutes on each side until well browned and done
  • Likewise one may broil or grill to brown each side.
  • Note: no oil is needed in the pan since the mayo provides flavor as well as fat to brown the fish!
