Ingredients
  • 2 pounds frozen shrimp peeled and deveined with tail on
  • 2 teaspoons old bay seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 mangoes
  • Herb Sauce:
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Directions
  1. Thaw shrimp then rinse and drain.
  2. Drizzle with lemon juice and toss well.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle liberally with old bay.
  4. On lightly greased pan which has been preheated broil 2 minutes on one side then turn and broil 2 minutes longer.
  5. Remove from oven and transfer to cooled baking sheet and chill quickly in freezer until well chilled but do not freeze.
  6. Slice mangoes and arrange shrimp and mangoes on large serving platter.
  7. Combine all sauce ingredients and mix well.
  8. Serve with shrimp.

Do I have to use fresh herbs? Can dried ones do bcos it's not easy for me to get fresh ones.
