Prosciutto, Bousin Cheese,wrapped Chicken

- Thin sliced chicken breasts -about 1 1/2 - 2lbs (pending how may you are cooking for) shopping list
- shallot & garlic Bousin cream cheese (or any herbed cream cheese) shopping list
- 12 slices prosciutto (cut a little thicker than waffer) shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven 350 F
- Bring cheese to room temp
- Flattened chicken breast or tenders between cling film.
- Place enough prosciutto on board that will cover chicken, place chicken on prosciutto.
- Spread layer of cheese over chicken alittle or lot (pending on your taste) I find using my fingers makes spreading the cheese alot easier than with a knife
- Roll prosciutto and chicken like a pinwheel.
- Place on a foiled lined baking tray.
- Cook for 40 minutes.
- Cover with foil once cooked and let stand for 5 mins.
- I have made this with both tenders and thin sliced breast have to say the breasts are a little easier and larger .The tenders are great to use for a starter course.
