Chicken Meatballs

- 1 pound ground chicken shopping list
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs - Italian, Parmesan, or garlic & herb shopping list
- 1 large egg, beaten shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated cheese - Parmesan or Romano shopping list
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tablespoon dried) shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
How to make it
- Combine breadcrumbs, eggs, grated cheese, parsley, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper with the ground chicken. Mix well. Form into small balls (about 2 teaspoons of mixture per meatball) and place on a baking sheet or other prepared pan.
- Bake meatballs at 350 degrees F for about 15-20 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through. To test if they are done cut one meatball in half and if no pink remains, the meatballs are done.
