How to make it

  • Combine breadcrumbs, eggs, grated cheese, parsley, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper with the ground chicken. Mix well. Form into small balls (about 2 teaspoons of mixture per meatball) and place on a baking sheet or other prepared pan.
  • Bake meatballs at 350 degrees F for about 15-20 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through. To test if they are done cut one meatball in half and if no pink remains, the meatballs are done.
