How to make it

  • Preheat the oven at 350°F
  • In a bowl, mix (at medium speed) the sugar with the butter, continue mixing adding eggs 1 by 1. (set mixture aside).
  • In another bowl sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
  • Add little by little the sifted ingredients to the mixture while mixing(at medium speed).
  • Continue mixing adding little bu little the cocoa powder.
  • After mixing you can add the nuts, mixing them by hand.
  • Put the mixture into a rectangular mold.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

    These were great! I crumbled Oreo cookies on top before baking and then drizzled icing (milk, powdered sugar, vanilla) on top before serving. I was trying to recreate this Oreo cookie brownie mix that Pillsbury used to make, and these were the perfect base!

    Very moist. I barely got any. By the time they cooled down my family almost had them gone. My husband doesn't usually eat sweets but he loved these. Very delicious!
