How to make it

  • Soak black beans overnight
  • Simmer black beans for 2 1/2 hrs in salted water until semi soft
  • Drain beans
  • Make dressing by whisking all dressing ingredients together
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Add cilantro and toss
