How to make it

  • Mix the ingredients together, then use 1.5 T of the total for every 8 oz of cheese. The classic would call for just cream cheese, but I like 8 oz of cream cheese and 4 oz of soft goat cheese with enough herb mix to accommodate.
  • Whatever you use, allow it to sit and blend in the fridge for a day, and preferably leave out for a few hours before serving so it spreads easily.
