Chicken Salsa Soup

- 3 1/2 C of water shopping list
- 2 14oz cans of chicken broth shopping list
- 1 lb of boneless chicken breast (cut into bite size pieces) shopping list
- 3-4 tsp. of chili powder shopping list
- 2 11oz cans of corn with green peppers (drained) shopping list
- 2 C of medium salsa shopping list
- 3 8.5 oz of jiffy box corn bread shopping list
How to make it
- Put all the ingredients in to the crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. If using fresh corn add it in 30 minuets prior to it being done
- Corn bread:
- follow instructions on box but you'll be tripling the recipe so instead of 1 egg your doing three and instead of 1/3 cup of milk your doing 1 C of milk. When done mixing poor into a 9x13 pan and bake for 25 - 30 min.
