How to make it

  • Coursely cut the ginger and bok choi
  • Heat wok or large pan and add oil
  • Stir fry vegetables for 2 minutes as hot as possible
  • Add tofu and continue to stir for 2/3 minutes
  • Add hoi sin and mirin to taste and baste ingrediants for a further minute
  • Add small quantity of vegatable stock and simmer for 2 minutes
  • Serve with fresh steamed noodles and a crisp salad
