Barbecued Deep Fried Tofu Recipe
Quick easy and always goes down well with people from out of town.

Ingredients
  • Ginger
  • Bok Choi
  • Deep Fried Tofu Cubes
  • Hoi Sin Sauce
  • Mirin
  • Groundnut oil
  • Fresh Noodles

Directions
  1. Coursely cut the ginger and bok choi
  2. Heat wok or large pan and add oil
  3. Stir fry vegetables for 2 minutes as hot as possible
  4. Add tofu and continue to stir for 2/3 minutes
  5. Add hoi sin and mirin to taste and baste ingrediants for a further minute
  6. Add small quantity of vegatable stock and simmer for 2 minutes
  7. Serve with fresh steamed noodles and a crisp salad
