Barbecued Deep Fried Tofu

- ginger shopping list
- Bok Choi shopping list
- Deep Fried tofu Cubes shopping list
- Hoi Sin Sauce shopping list
- mirin shopping list
- Groundnut oil shopping list
- Fresh noodles shopping list
How to make it
- Coursely cut the ginger and bok choi
- Heat wok or large pan and add oil
- Stir fry vegetables for 2 minutes as hot as possible
- Add tofu and continue to stir for 2/3 minutes
- Add hoi sin and mirin to taste and baste ingrediants for a further minute
- Add small quantity of vegatable stock and simmer for 2 minutes
- Serve with fresh steamed noodles and a crisp salad
