How to make it

  • Mashed and chop the fish meat, pork and prawn till they are well mix.
  • Season with salt, pepper and corn flour. Leave it in the freezer for 5 mins.
  • Soaked beancurd sheet in water for a min, drain dry.
  • Lightly dry each sheet on the pan with medium fire.
  • Rub miso paste on the surface of all the brinjal.
  • Lay the brinjal and mixed priwn paste on th beancurd sheet.
  • Roll up the sheet.
  • Heat up the oil and pan fry the roll till the priwn is cooked.
  • I served it with brown sauce.
