- Lavash cracker bread shopping list
- fresh basil Pesto shopping list
- prosciutto (or Speck) shopping list
- Goat's milk creamy cheese shopping list
- Blackberry jelly shopping list
- balsamic vinegar shopping list
- Organic arugula shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 350°. Cut the cracker bread into rectangles (1 inch X 3 inches). Place the pieces on a sheet pan and bake for 5 minutes, or until crisp. (Watch carefully so as not to burn.) When the crackers are cool they can be placed in an airtight container until ready to use.
- Mix jelly with balsamic vinegar, enough to give it a sauce consistency.
- Spread a little pesto on the cracker then top with a roll of prosciutto. (I halved the slice of prosciutto and rolled it.) Add a small dollop of the goat cheese, squirt (or drizzle) some of the blackberry balsamic and top each with an arugula leaf.
- Hecka easy, right? Place on a platter and serve!
