Citrus & Sweet Wine Marmalade

- 1 navel orange shopping list
- 1 cara cara orange shopping list
- 1 blood orange shopping list
- 1 tangelo shopping list
- 1 lemon shopping list
- 1 slice (1" wide) fresh ginger shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- ½ cup red wine shopping list
- 1 tbsp brown sugar shopping list
- 1 ¼ cups granulated sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Zest and juice oranges, tangelo and lemon into a large saucepan. See Photo
- Add ginger slice, water, wine and brown sugar.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat, then cover and boil 30 minutes. Remove ginger slice.
- Stir in the sugar, bring back to a boil and cook uncovered until mixture forms a gel, about 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and ladle into hot jars.
- Process for 10 minutes in a hot water bath.
