Parmesan Cube Steaks

                    - 3 T flour shopping list
 - 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
 - 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
 - 2 eggs shopping list
 - 3 T water shopping list
 - 10 saltine crackers crushed shopping list
 - 1/3 c grated parmesan cheese shopping list
 - 1/2 tsp dried basil shopping list
 - 4 beef cube steaks shopping list
 - 3T veg oil shopping list
 - 1 1/4c tomato sauce shopping list
 - 2 1/4 tsp sugar shopping list
 - 1/2 tsp dried oregano divided shopping list
 - 1/4 tsp garlic powder shopping list
 - 4 slices mozzarella cheese or shredded shopping list
 - 1/3 c shredded parmesan cheese shopping list
 
How to make it 
                    - In a shallow bowl combine flour, salt, and pepper.
 - In another bowl beat eggs and water
 - Place cracker, grated parmesan, and basil in a third bowl
 - Coat the steaks in the flour mix, egg, then cracker.
 - Place in skilled and brown in oil for 2-3 min on each side or until browned
 - Arrange steaks in a 9x13 greased
 - Bake uncovered for 25 min at 375
 - Combine tomato sauce, sugar 1/4tsp oregano, and garlic powder
 - Spoon over steaks bake 10 min longer
 - Top each with cheese and remaining oregano and cook 2-3 min more or until cheese is melted.
 - Serve with a side of buttered noodles
