I was so happy to find this delicious dressing! It's creamy and slightly tangy, and not only easy to make, but easy to add other yummy ingredients to. Ingredients
- ¼ cup nonfat plain yogurt shopping list
- ¼ cup mayonnaise shopping list
- ½ - 1 tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
- 2 tsp dried minced onion shopping list
- ½ tsp dill weed shopping list
- ¼ - ½ tsp salt shopping list
- ½ tsp sugar shopping list
- ¼ tsp black pepper shopping list
- ½ cup buttermilk shopping list
How to make it
- Stir all ingredients together.
- For Buttermilk Ranch dressing, add minced garlic.
- May also add Parmesan, shredded cucumber, shredded bacon, etc.
- To make Blue Cheese Dressing, leave out the sugar and salt, and add garlic and 3-6oz mashed blue cheese.
