Double Garlic Potato Dip

- 1 cup cold mashed potatoes shopping list
- 3 tablespoons roasted garlic (try roasted garlic) shopping list
- 3 fresh garlic cloves, minced shopping list
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 2 tablespoons vegetable broth shopping list
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest shopping list
- ½ teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 1 pinch mustard powder shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor.
- Puree until smooth and creamy.
- Store in a tightly covered container up to 1 week in the fridge.
