How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Place garlic bulbs in small baking dish and sprinkle with the oil, salt and pepper.
  • Bake uncovered until garlic is lightly browned and soft about 25 minutes.
  • Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for no more than 1 week

    Am I the only one that hates "CHINESE" garlic?
    Thanks for this simple and effortless recipe. Might I add, that this combines nicely with a great
    baguette, a fine balsamic vinegar and a healthy olive oil menage-a-trois. Quebec garlic rules....
