Dark Chocolate Bacon Cupcakes Recipe

How to make it

  • 1. in bowl mix together flour, 3/4 cup cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt. Make a well in the centre and pour in eggs, coffee, buttermilk & oil, stir until just blended mix in 3/4 of the crumbled bacon reserving rest for garnish. Spoon in to baking cups.
  • 2. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes, frost and top with bacon. (using your fav chocolate frosting)
