How to make it

  • 1. Finely dice/chop all vegetables. Saute on medium heat in a soup pot.
  • 2. Add vegetable stock and simmer on a low temperature for 10 minutes.
  • 3. Blend in food processor, reheat in soup bowl adding salt and pepper to taste.
