  • 1.PREHEAT OVEN TO 450 DEGREES,CLEAN MUSHROOMS AND REMOVE STEMS,IN LARGE SHALLOW BAKING PAN ARRANGE MUSHROOMS STEM SIDE UP.
  • 2.PLACE 1,JALAPENO SLICE IN EACH MUSHROOM,TOP WITH CHEESE.BAKE FOR 5 TO 7 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED
