How to make it

  • 1. Wash the mushrooms and strain well. See Photo
  • 2. Heat wok and saute 1 teaspoon garlic and bok choy in 1 tablespoon oil on high heat for a few seconds See Photo. Set aside.
  • 3. In remaining oil, sauté onions and garlic until fragrant. Add the mushrooms.
  • 4. Add oyster sauce and gin. Pour in chicken stock and let mixture boil. See Photo
  • 5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • 6. Thicken with cornstarch and water mixture.
