White Chocolate Cheesecake

This cheesecake gets baked for 45 minutes. DO NOT leave in for longer. It may look like its not done, but the wiggle is expected. TRUST the wiggle~! May eliminate either the white chocolate, OR the sugar in filling for a new york style, and you can exchange diffferent extract flavors and chips, for any flavor you like. Ingredients
- Crust: shopping list
- 1 1/4 C graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- 3 T sugar shopping list
- 6 T Melted butter shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 16 ozs soft cream cheese shopping list
- 3/4 C sugar shopping list
- 1 t Freshly Squeezed lime juice shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 C sour cream shopping list
- 8 ozs white chocolate (melted) shopping list
- 1 t vanilla extract shopping list
- Garnishments: shopping list
- chocolate Bar etc. shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix crust ingredients and press into bottom of 9" springform pan
- Set aside
- In large mixing bowl blend Cream Cheese, Sugar and Lime Juice.
- Add eggs one at a time, scraping bowl after each one.
- Fold in Sour cream & Vanilla extract
- Fold in melted White chocolate
- Bake for 45 minutes (thats its really)
- Will appear underdone, let cool
- Refrigerate for at least two hours before garnishment or serving plain
- Garnish with chocolate shavings, or the topping of your choice.
