How to make it

  • Bake the eggs as described in the baked eggs recipe.
  • Let cool.
  • Peel.
  • Rinse.
  • Cut about 1/4 of the way down the pointy end of the egg to make a rounded topper.
  • Scoop out the yellow, into a bowl.
  • Mix yellows with mayo, relish, and seasonings.
  • Make this creamy and to your personal taste.
  • Fill the eggs up with the creamy mixture, over stuffing, so you can put the "top" on the mixture.
  • Put the top on the mixture at an angle.
  • Place 2 small black olive pieces as eyes and a small carrot sliver as the beak.
  • Cool.
