How to make it

  • in a large bowl, beat cream w/ electric mixer @ medium speed untill thickened, gradually adding powdered sugar, beat until soft peaks form. gently stir in mascarpone until combined and set aside
  • split ladyfingers in half line 9x13 pan w/ ladyfingers cut side up.
  • brush ladyfingers w limeade concentrate. Spoon half cheese mix over ladyfingers
  • top w/ 1/2 of blueberry filling
  • repeat
  • cover and chill 8 hours
  • cut into squares garnish w/ fresh mint
