- 2 frozen ripe bananas shopping list
- 1 cup almond milk (or non-dairy milk) shopping list
- 1 cup packed fresh spinach shopping list
- 2 pitted dates shopping list
- 1/4 cup of walnuts (or your favourite nuts.) shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until very smooth.
