How to make it

  • Fry the ground meat with half a small onion.
  • Turn the oven on Broil
  • Remove from heat and add 2 Tbs of salsa to pan and mix.
  • Arrange 10 scoops on a pie plate or cookie sheet.
  • Divide meat and salsa equally in the ten scoops.
  • Top with cheese and place under broiler until the cheese has melted.
