How to make it

  • In a large heavy-bottomed pot cook pasta according to the package directions.
  • Drain pasta and immediately mix with the pesto
  • In a large bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes,bell pepper.
  • Toss.
  • Top with parmesan.
  • Chill until ready to serve.
