Ingredients

How to make it

  • The day before prepare the marinade for the olives.
  • For 1 and half cups of pitted green olives add: 1 tsp mixed herbs, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp roasted pepper, 1 clove of garlic cut in half. Store in an air tight container in the fridge until serving.
  • Boil the quail eggs for 2 to 3 minutes and let them cool in ice water for 1 minute. Remove the shells and arrange them in toothpicks with the cherry tomatoes.
  • Arrange the salami, prosciutto and cheese around the plate.
  • Place the olives in the center.
  • Serve with good toasted sour dough bread drizzled with olive oil.
