Fabulous Platter Of Tapas

- 12 quail eggs, boiled and shelled shopping list
- 12 cheery tomatoes shopping list
- 5 oz paprika spanish salami shopping list
- 5 oz pepper spanish salami shopping list
- 5 oz prosciutto shopping list
- 7 oz cured manchego cheese shopping list
- 3 oz marinated green olives (recipe follows or just buy your favorite) shopping list
How to make it
- The day before prepare the marinade for the olives.
- For 1 and half cups of pitted green olives add: 1 tsp mixed herbs, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp roasted pepper, 1 clove of garlic cut in half. Store in an air tight container in the fridge until serving.
- Boil the quail eggs for 2 to 3 minutes and let them cool in ice water for 1 minute. Remove the shells and arrange them in toothpicks with the cherry tomatoes.
- Arrange the salami, prosciutto and cheese around the plate.
- Place the olives in the center.
- Serve with good toasted sour dough bread drizzled with olive oil.
