Authentic Tomatillo Sauce

This is the BEST tomatillo sauce/salsa ive ever had! tacos, enchiladas, as a salsa, wavos rancheros, taco salad, use this low fat high flavor sauce for anything!
Ingredients
- 2 small or one large yellow onion diced shopping list
- 1-4 jalapenos depending on how hot or not hot you like it, minced shopping list
- two green bell peppers diced shopping list
- 4 cloves of garlic minced shopping list
- 2 tsp of salt shopping list
- 2 tsp of cumin seed shopping list
- 1 tblsp of olive oil shopping list
- 12 fresh firm tomatillos rough chopped shopping list
- 1 tblsp of honey or sugar shopping list
- 1 quart water shopping list
- 1 tblsp apple cider vineger shopping list
How to make it
- add the first 7 ingredients to a hot 1 gallon size pot
- stir occationaly til onion is slightly brown then add the tomatillos honey and water. let it come to a light boil for 10-20 min until the suace has thickend slightly, then pour over anything you want, enjoy!
