Grilled Fish with lemon garlic vinaigrette

- 2 piece of Any kind of fish like ( salmon / sea bream / sea bass ) shopping list
- 1/2 cup olive oil shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- some fresh herbs ( like oregano / thyme / marjoram ) shopping list
- if fresh herbs not available u can always use dry shopping list
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tsp of crush red chilly flakes (optional ) shopping list
- 2-3 cloves of garlic shopping list
How to make it
- As i mentioned before i had sea bream n u can use any fish of your choice clean n wash it pat dry .... then rub some salt n 2-3 tbsp of olive oil on the fish let it marinate for at least 10 min.
- Keep all the ingredients ready in front of u before u start cooking for easy excess ...
- On highest point of BBQ / grill or even a very hot grill pan add the fish carefully n allow it to cook for next 5-8 min. changing sides carefully n slowly .... do not worry the fish wont stick on the grill as it contains oil n it will remove it's own oil ...
- Mean while in a blender add remaining olive oil garlic salt n lastly add 2 tbsp of lemon n blend it ... the secret is to create a lovely lemon mousse so add lemon little by little until u reach to a creamy point ....
- After blending add red chilly flakes totally optional....
- Remove the grill fish in a platter n before serving add the vinaigrette generously garnish for some fresh herbs or just some cilantro or parsley .....
- Serve with some salad n bread !!!!
