How to make it

  • Cinnamon Rolls:
  • Blend all ingredients very, very well in a food processor. Pour into an oiled pan. (I used a muffin pan and filled the muffin cups about 1/4 to 1/3 full.) Cook at 350F for around 12 minutes. Let stand at least 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
  • Vanilla Icing:
  • Place all ingredients in a food processor (I used a hand blender), process until smooth and use immediately. It will solidify after an hour or so. Heat it in the microwave for about 30 seconds to liquify again before drizzling or piping it over your finished baked goods. It will keep in the refrigerator in a covered container for up to two weeks.
