Grilled Lime Steaks

I decided to prepare my steaks the same way I prepare chicken for grilling: marinade in fresh lime juice, oil and garlic- very tasty indeed. I enjoy that zippy taste of lime in the background.
Ingredients
- Tender cut of steak as desired ( We used 3 large steaks- boneless NY strip loin ) shopping list
- 1-2 fresh large limes, juiced shopping list
- 2 Tbs ( I used grape-seed oil, olive is fine too ) shopping list
- Minced garlic to taste shopping list
- steak seasoning as desired shopping list
How to make it
- Place steaks in a zip lock bag
- Add the oil, squeezed lime juice, and garlic
- Let marinate a least an hour in the refrigerator- longer if desired
- Remove from marinade
- Bring to room temperature
- Season as desired
- Grill as desired ( we like medium rare )
